Rules and Regulations for Charity/Fundraising Style Boxing, conducted under the Auspices of Boxing NZ.
Preamble:
It is fairly clear that many members of the BNZ family wish for the Governing body of BNZ to address the issue of Corporate style Boxing.
Some members wish for BNZ to disassociate itself from it and others wish for it to continue as it is a vital tool for fundraising for clubs and gyms affiliated to BNZ.
What is certain is that if it BNZ was to support a Corporate style version of boxing to continue, strict Rules and Regulation must be applied.
Attached below is a DRAFT of the proposed Rules and Regulations for the conduct of these events.
